Gluten Free Life

I can’t believe I’m actually writing a blog post but hey, I decided to set up this blog as a coeliac in their early 20s in Dublin I found it hard to find someone with a blog close in age to me to look at for advice. I found out I was coeliac when i was 16, so I was at that age where I was consistency going out for fast food with my mates and that was my main form of socialising. I was upset when I found out because at 16 I felt like I was different, I didn’t know anyone else that for coeliac and when I first found out I didn’t have a clue what I was doing and basically lived off veg, plain gluten free pasta and corn flakes for months……I can’t eat corn flakes anymore. (In the future I will write a blog with more information on this). Over the last 3/4 years I have learn a lot and have tried a tonne of new gluten free food and have made a few gluten fulled mistakes a long the way but hey on a night out it’s going to happen sometimes. In this blog I hope I can try help even one person with my mostly silly/stupid advice and as I learn more about living with coeliac disease because there’s always more to learn and I’ll try my best to write about it here.

Thanks for taking the time to read my first blog!
